Landed here in this very LIVELY city of Hong Kong Island. I've had the pleasure of meeting and talking to alot of F&B here. Chinese New year was a quite one, which gave me time to settle and talk a walk around the Mid-Levels. A area with so many resturants and people hanging out, but the best are each alley has freash produce you can buy from mom and pop low cost community supporting vendors. You always get a "Hello" and what to buy becasue it was good for you! Bok-choy brings you money! So.... I'll eat alot of it.

Oh, just a note during Winter, it is VERY COLD! I would have never thought. But I will take it because things are going to get very spicy in a few weeks.
